论述在中国现阶段通过实验室认可推进环境监测现代化的意义和历史机遇，指出了加强环境监测现代化建设的几个方向，强调了实验室认可对环境监测现代化建设的必要性。
The paper discussed modern opportunities and historical significance of enhancing environmental monitoring through laboratory accreditation on the stage in China, pointed out several directions of enhancing environmental monitoring modernization, and highlighted necessity of laboratory accteditation to modernization of environmental monitoring.
