摘要
临床住院医师规范化培训是培养临床医学人才提高临床医师队伍素质和医疗工作水平的重要措施,本文主要从培训目标、培训对象、培养规划、组织管理等方面比较我国住院医师规范化培训与法国医学教育的异同点,探讨法国医学教育对我国医学教育的启示。
Normative training of clinical chief physician is aimed to cultivate talents of clinical medicine,as well as to enhance the qualities of clinical physicians and the level of medical work.This thesis is focused on the differences and similarities in China with comparison to ones in France in these following aspects as training objectives,training targets,or training planning and organization management.In the meantime,the thesis investigates the French medical education to get the inspiration for Chinese medical education.
