摘要
通过对全院临床初、中级医师以实验诊断学理论(病理学、血药浓度、输血知识、感染控制、临床检验和病例分析)和医疗法规制度(医疗法规、电子病历、医保知识)的培训考核,发现其中存在的问题,提出管理者在今后工作中应加强培训那些被医师轻视的学科,拓宽医师的知识面,完善各学科临床技能考核内容和评分标准,以一个标准,实行多站式考核,使之成为合格的医师。
According to the evaluation aimed at all primal3 and secondary titled doctors in one hospital on theory of laboratory diagnoses （including pathology, drug consistency in blood, blood transfusion knowledge, clinical testing and case analysis） anti medical law and regulation （including medical law, online medieal record and medical insurance system）, problems were found. Suggestions for standardizing resident training were comment. It showed the slighted discipline shouht be highlighted to widen doctors＇ knowledge structure, the eontenl of clinical skill tesling and its evaluation standard should he improved to assure the intern become a qualified doctor.
