摘要
经济效益是工程投资决策分析的核心内容 ,本文以工程经济投资理论为基础 ,针对高校基础设施建设实际项目 ,分析并计算了净现值NPV、净现值率NPVR、净现值函数、基准收益率Ic、内部收益率IRR、投资回收期P t 共六项经济效益评价指标。分析结果表明高校基础设施建设投资的经济效益和其它间接效益非常明显。
Economic benefits are the core contents in the analysis of decision_making in the engineering investment. On the basis of engineering economic investment theory, this paper takes the basic construction projects in colleges as examples to analyze and calculate the such six economic evaluation indexes as net present value,net present value ratio,net present value function, standard recovery rate, interior recovery rate and period of investment recovery. The results of analysis show that the economic profits of the investment into the basic construction are very obvious with other indirect profits. Thus, they provide the foundationa to the investment decision_making.
