摘要
本文结合高等教育投资项目的特点,从四个方面论述了对该项目进行财务评价与国民经济评价的不同之处,使人们对高等教育投资项目的财务评价,与国民经济评价有了进一步的认识。
Combining the characteristic of the higher education investment project , this paper discusses the differences between the financial evaluation and national economic evaluation on the project from four aspects, making people have a in-depth understand on the financial evaluation and national economic evaluation of the higher education investment project.
