摘要 车室内噪声控制具有重要的研究意义。建立某拖拉机驾驶室结构和声学的数值模型,通过模态分析评估声腔整体设计;基于声固耦合分析计算驾驶员右耳旁声压,利用声学传递向量进行驾驶室面板声学贡献度分析,确定实际激励下引起噪声峰值的主要正贡献面板。根据分析结果对结构进行改进,降低了驾驶员耳旁噪声,研究结果对工程生产具有一定的参考价值。 Noise control of cab is an important research.Low-frequency structure borne noise of a certain tractor cab has been analyzed on the basis of theoretical analysis of the sound and vibration.The structure geometric model of cab was established,then the finite element model of the structure and acoustic were also established.Based on vibro-acoustic coupling,the acoustic response of the driver's right ear was predicted,and the panel acoustic contribution analysis was executed.Then,the different contribution of structure panels is analyzed for the acoustic response at driver's right ear.The main positive contribution panels were successfully identified.According to the above results,damp and ribs were applied to optimize the structure,so as the noise level at driver's right ear was reduced.
