摘要
船用柴油机排气消声器性能试验台的平均声压级可达100dB(A)以上,必须采取降噪措施。设计了一种新型装卸式隔声罩,它由新型蜂窝板结构和新型泡沫吸声材料组成。初步试验结果表明隔声罩可使试验台的平均声压级降至82dB(A)以下,具有良好的降噪性和阻燃性,安装拆卸方便,可以为其它结构的隔声设计提供一定的参考。
The average A-weighted sound pressure level of the test bed for the performance study of marine diesel engine exhaust silencers exceeds lOOdB. Some measures should be taken to reduce the noise. A new acoustic enclosure which can be assembled and unassembled convenientely is designed. It consists of a new type of honeycomb sandwich panel and a new type of sound absorbing foamed materials. The experimental results show that the acoustic enclosure can reduce the average A-weighted sound pressure level to 82dB, which show that it has good noise reduction performance. And also it has good nonburning property and is easy to install and take down. It can be a reference to the design of other structures for sound insulation.
