高职院校办学质量评价职业化的理性回归 被引量:6

Rational Returning of the Professionalization of School-running Quality Evaluation of Higher Vocational Schools

摘要 高职院校办学质量评价是学校质量认证、自身发展、履行社会责任和促进教育公平的客观需要。高职办学质量评价存在的问题是:评价的关键内容无关切,缺乏维度;专家队伍不专业,缺乏信度;评估结论无结果,缺乏效度。基于高职办学质量评价的职业化理性回归,应确立"第三方"评价制度,重构多元评价体系,突出"三主"导向理念,注重评价过程体验。 Quality evaluation of higher vocational schools is the objective need for schools to quality certification, self-de- velopment, fulfill their social responsibilities and promote education equity. At present, some problems exist in the school-running quality evaluation of higher vocational schools, such as the key evaluation contents have not received atten- tions and lack dimension; the specialists are unprofessional, and lack credibility; the evaluation conclusion is ineffective and lack validity, and so on. Based on the rational returning for the professionalization of school-running quality evalua- tion of higher vocational schools, the following measures need to be taken: establish the "third-party" evaluation system, reconstruct multi-subject evaluation system, highlight "three-leading" orientation view, and pay attention to the experience for evaluation process.
