摘要
由于常州高职教育园区生态文化的整体周流渠道和机制尚未形成,且整体周流缺少应有的驱动力,因此整体流转不畅;园区5所高职院校因结合而获得很多社会层面的资源,生存价值和生存质量得到同步提升,但5所高职院校之间缺少管理层面深层次的互动,因此共生效应并不明显。为促进园区文化的整体周流和互动共生,建议建立园区文化交流的压力机制。
Because that the circumfluence channels and mechanisms of the ecological culture of the whole Changzhou higher vocational zone haven＇t been formed, its integral circumfluence lacks its due driving force, which caused the un- smoothness of the flowing of its culture. Five higher vocational colleges inside the zone have got more resources in the so- cial level and promoted its value and quality accordingly. However, five colleges lack deep interactions on the administra- tive level among themselves. So its symbiotic relations are not obvious. In order to promote the whole higher vocational ed- ucation zone＇s culture circumfluence and interactive and symbiotic relations, the pressure mechanism of the zone culture communication should be built.
