摘要
无底柱分段崩落法具有采场结构简单、生产安全高效的优点,从20世纪60年代引入我国后,很快成为地下铁矿山的主体采矿方法,近年随着大功率采掘设备的投入使用,加大采场结构参数,以此提高生产效率与降低采矿成本,已成为该种采矿方法的主要发展趋势。本文结合我国矿山实际条件,从国内大结构参数开采的生产需要出发,探讨厚大矿体和急倾斜中厚矿体采矿工艺与设备的协同发展问题。
Sublevel caving has the advantages of simple stope structure,safety and high productivity. It became the principal caving method quickly since it was introduced into China in 1960s. With the use of high- power mining equipment in recent years, it is larger structural parameters of stope increasing production efficiency and reduce mining cost that has been became the main development trend of sublevel caving. Combining with actual conditions of mines in China, coordinated development of mining technology and equipment of thick orebody and steeply inclined medium thick orebody was discussed from the production needs of large structural parameters.
