摘要
我国的矿产资源储量管理如何定位,是将其作为政府矿产资源管理的基础地位,还是核心地位,无论政府和学界都存在着较多的争议。本文通过对比我国和国外的储量管理内容,对国外矿产资源储量管理进行梳理,总结了其管理特点,国外在储量管理的实质内容,政府管理工作的重点上,都对我国有着重要的启示,提出了我国储量管理的发展建议。
How to orientate the role of mineral reserves management has disputes in our government. It is considered to be basic role or to be cole role in our mineral resource administration. In order to orientating its role,we need to understand its essential containt,and the emphases of our government mineral resources administration. The thesis combs out the containt of foreign mineral reserves management, and provides some advices to our mineral reserves management.
