摘要
本文根据国家有关储量管理法规,结合吉林省矿产资源储量管理的实际情况,就矿产资源储量动态管理的现状、存在的问题、应采取的对策等,进行了初步探讨。
According to the present state legal system on resource administration , in conjunction with the Present actuality of Jilin Province, this paper studied on the Present actuality and problems of motional administration on mineral resource reserve , and put forwards some countermeasure and suggestion.
