摘要
民主决策作为村民自治的核心,对于破解乡村治理难题,维护农民群众的根本利益有着重要意义。但是目前民主决策在村级事务中面临着不少困境。因此,可以从决策主体、决策载体、决策环境和决策程序四个方面入手,进一步完善和发展村民自治活动中的民主决策。
As the core of the villagers＇ autonomy, the democratic decision-making plays an important role in solving the problem of rural governance and protecting the fundamental imerests of the peasants. But the democratic decision-making faces many dif- ficulties in village affairs. It is suggested to consummate the decision-making body, decision-making objects, decision-making environment and decision-making procedure for developing and improving the democratic decision-making in the villager autono- my activities.
