摘要
针对村民自治中民主决策落实情况,分析了村民自治民主决策的法律依据,提出强化认识、提高人员素质、加强制度建设等措施,以保障民主决策落到实处。
According to the fulfillment circumstances of the democracy decision - making in the Villager＇ s autonomy, the article analyzes the law basis of the democracy decision - making in the villager＇ s autonomy. In order to ensure the fulfillment of the policy, the article brings forward some measurements, such as intensifying the cognition, improving the diathesis of population and strengthening the construction of system.
