摘要
2011年以来,我国中小企业遭遇了前所未有的严冬。中小企业的困境是通货膨胀、原材料价格上涨、用工成本增加等因素的产物,归根到底是多年来内嵌于我国政治经济结构的制度和体制问题的集中引发。必须把中小企业发展问题提升到国家战略高度来认识,对中小企业生存发展的制度和体制环境进行反思,从制度设计和体制层面上进行根本性突破,揭示中小企业发展的制度困境及其破解路径,以优化中小企业发展的制度基础,促进中小企业持续健康发展。
The middle and small enterprises in China have suffered from unprecedented hardship since 2011. The dilemmas of middle and small enterprises are due to inflation, price rise in raw material and labor because of China＇ s political and economic system. The solutions are as the following： We should concern the development of middle and small enterprises from national stratagy. We should reflect on the system on which middle and small enterprises rely on. We should make radical breakthrough on system layout and reveal the systematic dilemmas and solutions of middle and small enterprises to improve the system and pro- mote the healthy development of middle and small enterprises.
