摘要
在对钴蓝颜料晶体结构、发色机理分析的基础上 ,采用化学共沉淀法在 Co Al2 O4晶格中引入 Zn2 +、Mg2 +和 La3+、Y3+作为掺杂制备出反射性能优异的新型复合型钴蓝颜料 :与未掺杂的Co Al2 O4相比 ,在 4 50 nm波长处反射率最大提高了 30 .8% ,达到 78% ;6 0 0 nm处反射率最大降低了 33.3% ,达到 1 0 %。通过对掺杂离子类型、浓度与反射性能影响的探讨 ,得出结论 :掺杂离子改变钴蓝颜料反射性能的主要作用机理为晶格畸变引起 Co2 +3d轨道电子能级分裂程度的变化。
On the basis of analyzing crystal structure and coloring mechanism of the cobalt blue pigment, new kinds of complex cobalt blue pigments with excellent reflectivity properties were synthesized by using the chemical coprecipitation method to draw Zn2+,Mg2+ and La3+, Y3+ doping cations into CoAl_2O_4 crystal cell. The increase of reflectivity properties is 30.8% at 450nm and -33.3% at 600nm comparing with undoped CoAl_2O_4 respectively. Considering the effects of doping cation type and content on reflectivity properties, a conclusion has been drawn that the main mechanism of reflectivity properties in alteration of complex cobalt blue pigments caused by doping cations is Co2+ 3d electronic energy level variation due to lattice distortion.
