摘要
以金属盐为原料,将溶胶-凝胶和燃烧法相结合,制备Co0.5Mg0.5Al2O4复合钴蓝颜料。采用XRD,TG-DTA,UV-Vis,SEM和EDS等测试技术对粉体的形成、形貌、粒径及吸光度等进行表征。结果表明,获得的产物是明显的尖晶石晶体结构,粒度均匀、颜色鲜亮,粒径约为67 nm,较传统的钴蓝颜料成本低,具有更好的应用前景。
Co0.5Mg0.5Al2O4 complex cobah blue pigments were prepared by sol-gel and combustion methods with metal sah as raw material. XRD, TG-DTA, UV-Vis, SEM and EDS techniques were used to characterize the powder formation, morphology, particle diameter and absorbance et al. The results show that the product is typical of spinel structure, has uniform particle size and bright color, and the diameter is about 67 nm. Its cost is lower than that of the traditional cobalt blue pigments, so it has a good application prospect.
