摘要
针对恶劣的工业环境,提出了以PLC为核心的信号采集和控制系统,大大提高了系统的抗干扰能力;并在C++Builder环境下开发了上位机人机交互界面,实时显示数据和历史数据保存。结合实例,详述了PLC在信号采集和控制的系统方案和串口通信的实现。结果表明,该系统可快速准确的完成信号的采集和控制。该系统已成功应用到燃气采暖炉燃烧室气密性检测台中。
PLC is proposed as the core of signals acquisition and control system to improve its anti-jamming ability in industrial environments.User interface is designed,in the developing environment of C++ Builder with host computer,to display real-time data and to keep the historical data.This paper introduced the outline of data acquisition and control system base on PLC,and the method of serial communication.The result of test shows that the system can complete the data acquisition accurately.The system has been successfully applied to auto-detection system for gas heating boiler.
