摘要
电子万能材料试验机是材料力学性能的测试平台。主要探讨了电子万能材料试验机控制系统的设计,提出了基于控制卡的伺服控制系统,包括系统的总体结构设计、信号采集和控制系统的实现以及系统的软件开发等。基于控制卡的伺服控制系统的应用对材料试验机性能和自动化程度的提高有很大帮助。
The electronic universal material testing machine is the testing platform of mechanical properties of materials.This article mainly discusses the design of the control system of the testing machine.A servo control system based on control cards is put forward,and the design of general structure,the realization of signal acquisition and control system,and the development of system software are introduced in detail.The application of this system will greatly improve the performance of the testing machine.
