摘要
目的:研究川贝母止嗽颗粒的化痰作用。方法:通过小鼠气管酚红排泌法、大鼠毛细玻管法,评价川贝母止嗽颗粒的化痰效果。结果:与空白对照比较,川贝母止嗽颗粒中、低剂量组均能够显著促进小鼠酚红排泌量(P<0.05或P<0.001);高、中、低剂量组均能显著促进大鼠毛细玻管排痰量(P<0.05或P<0.001或P<0.01)。结论:川贝母止嗽颗粒具有较好的化痰作用。
Objective： To study phlegm resolving effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule. Methods： The two methods were used to evaluate phlegm resolving effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving gramde including： excretion of phenol red in mice trachea and capillary tubes sputum volume of rats. Results： The medium and low-dose group of Bulbos Fritillari- ae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule both could significantly promote the excretion of phenol red in mice （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 001 ） ; the high and medium, and low-dose group both could significantly promote the capillary tubes sputum volume of rats compared to the blank control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 001 or P 〈 0. 0 1） . Conclusion ： Bulbus FritiUariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule showed better phlegm resolving effect.
