摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合更昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 60例老年带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用NB-UVB联合更昔洛韦治疗,对照组仅予更昔洛韦治疗。观察2组临床疗效及止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NB-UV联合更昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹取得较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of narrow band ultraviolet（NB-UVB） combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of senile herpes zoster. Methods 60 cases patients with senile herpes zoster were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Observation group was treated with NB-UVB combined with ganciclovir, while control group was given with ganciclovir. The clinical effect, pain time, stop time and time to crusting were observed in two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group, the pain time, stop time, crusted time in observation group were shorte than those in control group, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion NB-UV combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of senile herpes zoster in the elderly is effective.
