摘要
目的观察针刺加中药辨证治疗Hunt面瘫的临床疗效。方法将109例患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组53例,治疗组采用针刺加中药辨证治疗,对照组采用常规电针疗法,3个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为88.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 针刺加中药辨证是一种治疗Hunt面瘫的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus syndrome differentiation-based Chinese herbal medication for Hunt facial paralysis.Methods One hundred and nine patients with Hunt facial paralysis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 56 cases and a control group of 53 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture plus syndrome differentiation-based Chinese herbal medication and the control group,conventional electroacupuncture.The therapeutic effects were compared after three courses of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 88.7% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus syndrome differentiation-based Chinese herbal medication is an effective way to treat Hunt facial paralysis.
