摘要
以膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Eu^(3+)-TiO_2/EP催化剂。通过XRD和SEM等方法对催化剂进行了表征,以对硝基苯酚溶液为目标物,进行了催化剂活性的研究。实验结果表明,Eu^(3+)的掺杂有效抑制了TiO_2晶粒的增长,减小了晶粒尺寸,提高了晶粒的分散性,明显提高了催化剂的活性。在Eu^(3+)掺杂量(Eu^(3+)与Ti的摩尔比)1.0%、焙烧温度500℃、催化剂加入量6g/L的最佳条件下,对硝基苯酚去除率达87%。
The catalyst Eu3+-TiO2/EP was prepared by sol-gel method using expanded perlite(EP) as carrier and characterized by XRD and SEM. Using p-nitrophenol in solution as target compound, the catalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated. The experimental results show that the doping of Eu3+ can effectively inhibit the growing of TiO2 crystal grain, decrease its size, improve its dispersibility and greatly enhance the activity of the catalyst. Under the optimum conditions of Eu3+ doping amount(mol ratio of Eu3+ to Ti) 1.0%, calcination temperature 500 ℃, catalyst dosage 6 g/L, the removal rate ofp-nitrophenol can reach 87%.
