摘要
将硝酸铋溶解在质量分数为10%的硫脲溶液中,与活性炭(AC)混合后于180℃水热反应6 h,用NaBH_4还原水热产物得到掺杂S的催化剂Bi/AC-S。用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和光电子能谱仪(XPS)对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,S成功掺杂在AC中,Bi颗粒在掺S活性炭中分布较均匀。以NaBH_4还原对硝基苯酚(4-NP)为模型反应,考察了此催化剂的性能。结果表明,在NaBH_4过量的条件下,该反应为准一级反应。在反应温度为30℃、4-NP浓度为2.0 mmol/L、NaBH_4浓度为80 mmol/L、催化剂用量为0.02 g时,测得反应速率常数为0.358 min-1。催化剂的重复性较好。
After dissolving bismuth nitrate into thiourea solution whose mass fraction is 10%,and mixing with activat-ed carbon(AC)at 180℃for 6 h,the S-doped catalyst Bi/AC-S can be obtained by reducing water thermo products with NaBH4,and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that sulfur is successfully doped with AC,and the Bi particles are dispersed comparatively uniformly in S-doped AC.The capability of Catalyst Bi/AC-S has been investi-gated,by taking the reduction of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)with NaBH4 as a model reaction.The experimental results show that the reaction is in accordance with the pseudo-first-order kinetics,under the condition of excess NaBH4.When the reaction temperature is 30℃,concentration of 4-NP 2.0 mmol/L,concentration of NaBH4 80 mmol/L,and dosage of catalyst 0.02 g,the reaction rate constant is 0.358 min-1.The repetitiveness of the catalyst is comparatively good.
