摘要
以钛酸丁酯为原料、无水乙醇为溶剂、硝酸为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法于500℃制备了3~6层的锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2薄膜。以TiO_2薄膜为催化剂,紫外灯为光源,通过正交实验确定了光催化降解废水中苯胺的最佳操作条件。实验结果表明:当初始苯胺质量浓度为10 mg/L、光照时间为7 h、紫外灯功率为20 W、初始废水pH为8、TiO_2薄膜层数为6时,苯胺去除率达到80.00%。
Using Ti(OC4H9)4 as raw material, absolute ethanol as solvent and nitric acid as inhibitor, anatase nano-TiO2 film with 3-6 layers was prepared by sol-gel method at 500 ~C. The optimum running conditions for photocatalytic degradation of aniline in wastewater were determined through orthogonal tests using the TiO2 film as catalyst and UV light as light source. The results show that when the initial aniline mass concentration is 10 mg/L, the illumination time is 7 h, the power of UV lump is 20 W, the initial solution pH is 8 and the layer number of the TiO2 film is 6, the aniline removal rate can reach 80.00%.
