摘要
目的对比分析胃癌全切除后进行间置空肠法(JIP)和传统Roux-en-Y吻合法(RYP)两种不同消化道重建方式的疗效差异。方法选取2008年2月—2011年7月来该院就诊的胃癌患者60例,随机分为两组,JIP组30例采用间置空肠法的消化道重建方式,RYP组30例患者采用Roux-en-Y吻合法的消化道重建方式,分析比较两组患者术后6个月的营养情况及肠道功能情况。结果两组患者营养情况均较术前改善,JIP组更为显著,而且JIP组返流性食道炎发生率低无倾倒综合征,P<0.05。结论间置空肠法可以有效改善患者的营养情况并且较好地维持患者肠道功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of the jejunal interposition（JIP） and the traditional Roux,-en-Y anastomosis（RYP） after gastric cancer total resection.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer were chosen in our hospital from February 2008 to July 2011.They were randomly divided into two groups,JIP group of 30 cases of digestive tract reconstruction using jejunal interposition method,RYP group of 30 patients Roux-en-Y anastomosis of the digestive tract reconstruction.Analyzed and compared two groups of the nutritional status of patients after 6 months and bowel function.Results The nutritional situation of two groups of patients compared with preoperative improvement of JIP group is more significant,and the JIP group of reflux esophagitis is lower with no dumping syndrome,P0.05.Conclusion Jejunal interposition method can significantly improve the nutritional situation of the patients and better maintenance of intestinal function,it is a worthy widely used in clinical.
