以中山广电业务运营支撑体系为基础,分析三网融合新形势下广电运营商在运营支撑方面的新需求,并提出运营支撑体系的产品管理、营销渠道、主动营销、服务保障、账务及信控和综合结算等方面的设计建设思路。
Based on the business and operation support system in Zhongshan Cable Operator, the new demand under the new situation of triple-play is analyzed. Suggestions on the business and operation support system＇ s design and construction including product management, marketing channel, initiative marketing, service assurance, accounting and credit control and comprehensive settlement are provided.
