摘要
2011-2012年CBA引进众多前NBA外援,CBA面临新的发展机遇和挑战;运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑推理等研究方法,对CBA外援效应问题进行探究。结果表明:CBA引进众多前NBA球员迎来绝佳发展契机,外援对提升CBA品牌价值、整体竞技水平、对抗性、观赏性、均衡球队实力、群众体育发展、篮球文化建设产生正面效应;对CBA管理难度、经营风险、球队过分依赖外援、国内后备球员培养、竞技篮球发展、篮球文化创新发展有负面效应;并针对存在问题提出发展对策,旨在为CBA及中国篮球快速健康发展提供理论参考。
2011 -2012CBA the introduction of a number of former NBA player, the CBA is facing new development opportunities and challenges; this paper documents, interviews with experts, and log- ical reasoning methods, explore the issue of CBA foreign aid effect. The results showed that ： the CBA introduction of a number of former NBA player to usher in a great opportunity for development, foreign aid to enhance the brand value of CBA, the overall competitive lev- el, confrontational, ornamental, balanced team is the development of mass sports, basketball and cultural construction have a positive effect; CBA difficult to manage business risks, domestic reserve players training, development of competitive basketball, basketball culture of innovation and development have a negative effect; and proposed the development of countermeasures for the problems, aims to provide theoretical reference for the rapid and sound devel- opment of the CBA and the Chinese basketball.
