摘要
采用社会调查、历史研究、比较分析相结合的研究方法,对CBA联赛外籍球员的引进和管理制度进行了系统研究,并对CBA联赛外援引进、注册、限薪、转会及其它管理制度与NBA联赛的相关制度进行了比较分析,分析认为我国CBA联赛在外籍球员引进的范围上相对狭窄、外援转会方面限制过多、外籍球员的薪金限制规定过于单一、外籍球员上场时间的限制较多、外籍球员违纪违约现象较多、对外籍球员处罚力度不够、外籍球员流动性过大。其应对策略主要有:建立长效的外籍球员引进与管理制度、建立外籍球员保障制度、加大违纪违约处罚力度、建立外籍球员培训机制、俱乐部加强对外籍球员的管理等。
With the use of the research methods of social surveys,historical research and comparative analysis,this paper intends to systematically analyze the introduction and management of the foreign players in CBA league,and therefore has a comparative analysis between CBA and NBA on the introduction,registration,income limits,transfer and other management systems.The analysis shows that there are some problems in the CBA league as follows： the scope of the introduction of the foreign players is relatively narrow;the limits on the transfer of the foreign players is overmuch;the restriction on the income of the foreign players is single;the restriction on the playing time is overmuch;the discipline and default of the foreign players is overmuch;the punishment on the foreign players is too soft and the mobility of the foreign players is too fast.The corresponding strategies are as follows： establish a long-term system for the introduction of the foreign players;establish a security system for the foreign players;strictly punish discipline and default;establish a training mechanism of the foreign players and strengthen the management of the foreign players.
