摘要
对化纤油剂 PU中两组硅油的结构进行了分析 ,分别采用核磁共振和粘度法测定了硅油的相对分子质量 ,并比较了两者的测定结果。粘度法具有简便易行的特点 ,适于实际生产应用 ,而核磁法所测相对分子质量较为准确。通过不同粘度硅油的配比 。
The structure of siloxane in spinning finishes PU was analyzed. And the molecular weight of two siloxane samples was determinated by 29 Si\|NMR and viscometry and compared as well. Viscometry is an easy measurement, suitable for practical production, when 29 Si\|NMR is more accurate. Changing the ratio of siloxane of different viscosities yields the perfect friction property of spinning finishes.
