摘要
研究了不同无机粉添加工艺对其在聚酯中的分散性的影响 ,应用光学显微镜对含无机粉聚酯切片及纤维形态结构进行表征。结果表明 :不同的添加工艺对无机粉在聚酯中的分散性有较大的影响 ,将无机粉分散在乙二醇中经超声波处理可有效改善其在 PET中的分散状况 。
The effects of various adding process of inorganic powder on its dispersion in PET were studied. The morphology of PET chips and fibers was characterized with optical microscope. The results showed that the adding process of inorganic powder had great effects on its dispersion in PET and the inorganic powder incorporated into EG and subjected to ultrasonic treatment should be effective to improve the powder dispersion in PET and produce the fairly good spinnability of PET chips.
