摘要
本文使用Instron3211型毛细管熔体流变仪在270~290℃和剪切速率 1.0×10~1~1.0×010~4秒^(-1)条件下,对陶瓷粒子含量0.5~8%(重量比)的PET/陶瓷粒子共混体系的流变性能及共混体系的结构进行了研究,为研制含陶瓷粒子纤维在共混纺丝技术方面提供了依据.
In this article, the rheological Dehavior of PET/ceramic powder blend system with ceramic powder content 0. 5 -8% (Wt)has been studied by Instron3211 capillary rheomcter. The testing temperature ranges from 270℃ to 290℃ and the γ ranges from 1.0 × 101s -1 to 1.0×105 s-1. The experimental results obtained are useful to the manufacture of PET fiber blent with ceramic powder.
