间充质干细胞治疗急性肺损伤作用机制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是临床常见危重症,主要病理特点为弥漫陛肺泡毛细血管膜损伤。由于缺乏特异有效的治疗措施,病死率仍高达40%。间充质干细胞(MSC)具有易获得、易培养、免疫耐受及不存在伦理道德问题等特点,常用于临床细胞移植治疗。
