腔内隔绝术治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的观察及护理

摘要 目的探讨Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤行腔内隔绝术的观察及护理。方法对91例行腔内隔绝术的患者术前加强生命体征及疼痛的观察,加强心理护理,重视健康教育,同时注重用药护理;术后严密观察病情,合理安置体位,加强切口护理及并发症的观察。结果91例患者手术全部成功,无手术死亡病例,无呼吸衰竭、肾功能衰竭、截瘫等并发症,平均术后1周出院。结论腔内隔绝术有出血少、创伤小等优点,在治疗过程中,积极有针对性地观察及护理是患者顺利恢复的重要保证。
