摘要 近年来主动脉夹层的治疗取得了长足的进展，特别是介入治疗的进展尤其明显。药物治疗的目标：使心率控制在60-80次／min，收缩压控制在100-120mmHg的理想水平，以预防主动脉夹层破裂及其他并发症。 Significant progress has been made in recent years in the treatment of aortic dissection. Percutaneous intervention therapy has become accepted practice. The aim of medical treatment is to maintain heart rate between 60 - 80 bpm and maintain systolic pressure between 100 - 120 mm Hg.
