摘要
本试验采用DNA测序技术测定了15头野猪235bp的SLA-DQB基因外显子2序列,结合GeneBank中报道的另3头野猪和18头家猪共36个个体的相应序列,重点对野猪SLA-DQB外显子2进行核苷酸多态性分析。结果表明野猪SLA-DQB外显子2具有较丰富的核苷酸多态性;在家猪品种改良中,野猪具有潜在的遗传价值。
In this study, the partial exon 2 of SLA-DQB gene was amplified and sequencing, a uniform fragment of 235 bp was obtained in 15 wild pigs. Combining 15 tested sequences with 3 wild boars and 18 domestic pigs published sequences from GeneBank, the nueleotide diversity in wild boar was analysed. The results shown in this study indicated that the SLA-DQB gene of wild boar were highly polymorphic, the potential genetic value of wild boar could be used to improve the productive traits of the domestic pigs.
