摘要
介绍了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 (DMDAAC)的合成方法 ,通过该方法可提高产率 ,避免原料浪费 ,最高产率达96.1 % ;采用溴化法测定DMDAAC含量 ,并与重量法作了比较 ;对DMDAAC溶液中NaCl含量的测定也作了探讨 ;用核磁共振谱图和红外谱图对所合成的DMDAAC作了结构表征。
The reaction of dimetylamine, allylchloride and NaOH was conducted at <20℃ and followed by vacuum distillation to obtain DMDAAC with higher yield(the highest value reached 96.1%) and lower NaCl content at lower raw material consumption. The classical bromate bromide method was used to determine the concentration of DMDAAC in aqueous solution(not residue DMDAAC in polymers) and the results obtained was in good accordance with that by commonly used precipitation method. The NaCl content in DMDAAC was determined by atomic adsorption spectroscopy. The synthesized DMDAAC was chracterized by 13 C NMR, 1H NMR and IR techniques.
