摘要
用油溶性的引发剂引发,通过反相乳液聚合制备了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)-丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚物P(DMDAAC-AM)(PDA),聚合反应中V(水)∶V(油)=1∶1.2,w(单体)=33%,n(DMDAAC)∶n(AM)=1∶9。研究了不同引发剂用量对聚合动力学的影响。结果表明:引发剂最佳加入量为m(引发剂)∶m(单体)=0.5∶100。探讨了PDA在纯水中的黏度特性,所制备的PDA呈典型的高分子电解质特性,稀溶液的比浓黏度随质量浓度变稀而增大。对PDA的应用性能也进行了初步研究。
P ( DMDAAC - AM ) ( PDA ) was prepared from dimethyldiallyammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and acrylamide (AM) by inverse emulsion polymerization with oil-soluble initiator. The process parameters were given as volume ratio of water to oil = 1 : 1.2, monomer mass ratio ω(monomers) = 33.3% and mole ratio n ( DMDAAC ) : n ( AM ) = 1:9. Effect of amount of initiator on kinetics of the polymerization was studied. The result showed that good PDA could be prepared with 0. 5 part initiator per hundred parts of monomer in weight. The viscosity characteristics of PDA in water were investigated. The reduced viscosity increased as the mass concentration of PDA solution decreased. Preliminary investigation on the application of PDA was also performed.
