摘要
对所研制的高速滚子链进行了常规检测与试验、滚子大能量冲击疲劳试验、滚子链高速运转试验和滚子链磨损试验。通过对试验数据的分析 ,得出了提高高速滚子链的使用性能以及如何使高速滚子链本身性能提高的结论。
Common measure and experiment,impact fatigue experiment with large energy, revolving experiment at high speed and wear experiment are described in this paper. By analyzing experimentalresults,itis shown thathigh- speed roller chain has better performance than ordinary one.Itis also known why high- speed rollerchain hasbetterperformance.Itgives some information to raiseperformanceof roller chain made in china.
