摘要
在井内加压下进行水泥胶结测井带压作业,其目的是将微环空与串槽区分开。井内加压由泵车提供。采用大通量流管、大直径电缆;重新设计制作了防喷管。对影响大直径电缆动密封的各种因素进行了分析和理论计算,提出了推广应用此项技术应注意的关键因素。对3 口井的实际应用结果进行了总结。
The purpose of cement bond log(CBL) under increasing borehole pressure is to differentiate micro annulus from bypass channel. Since the borehole pressure is directly supplied by the pump truck in CBL operation, a set of blowout hookup must be installed so to release the pressure while failure occurs. A lubricator is redesigned and a big diameter cable and a large I.D. flow tube are used. The key factors which affect the dynamic packoff of the cable with big diameter are analysed and calculated in theory. Field log examples from 2 wells have verified that the CBL technique under increasing borehole pressure is useful for cementing quality detection.
