摘要
针对封隔器现状 ,与阜新石油工具厂合作 ,联合研制了Fxy44 5— 114自验封封隔器。该封隔器可以实现 :①上、下卡水工具一次性下井、一次性坐验封、一次性解封、一次性打捞 ,减少作业程序 ;②上、下卡水工具间的卡距不受限制 ;③在胶筒下面采用双向弧形球面卡瓦 ,使坐封均匀可靠 ,避免管柱卡井现象 ;④步进机构锁紧 ,使坐封后不松动、不退位 ,能够承受较高的双向压差 ;⑤自验封功能使坐封简单科学 ,保证验封的可靠性 ,解决了漏失井验封失真的问题。文中分析了Fxy44 5— 114封隔器的结构特点、工作原理。
Based on present situation of packer,in coorperation with Fuxin Petroleum Tool Plant,Fxy445—114 self-test sealing packer has been developed.The packer can achieve:①Upper and lower plugging tools run in the well,set a testing sealing,unseal,and fish in single trip and simplify operation procedure;②The distance between the upper and the lower plugging tools is unrestrained;③A arc spherical slips is used under the packing element to make the setting sealing even and reliable,avoiding pipe sticking;④The stepper mechanism locking enables testing sealing set to unloosen,and to withstand higher two-way differential pressure;⑤The self-testing packer functions made setting packer more simple and scientific,ensured the reliability of the testing packer,and solved the problem of the testing-packer falsification in the absorption well.The structural characteristics,operating principle,technical features and field application of the Fxy445-114 packer were analysed.
