摘要
针对油井结蜡严重、热洗清蜡造成油层污染的问题,研制了WSH/Y-Ⅳ型防污染洗井管柱。介绍了该管柱的结构、工作原理、技术参数和特点。现场应用表明:防污染洗井管柱避免了洗井液对地层造成的污染,缩短了热洗排液时间,提高了油井的生产时效,具有推广应用价值。
Paraffin oil for serious oil pollution caused by hot wax cleared the problem. WSH/Y-Ⅳ type anti-pollution flushing string was developed to avoid the hot wash of oil damage. The WSH/Y-Ⅳ type anti-pollution flushing string＇s internal structure, working principle, technical parameters and characteristics were introduced. Practice has proved that： anti-pollution flushing string solved the flushing fluid to the formation caused by pollution, reduced hot washing liquid discharge time and increased oil production time,a huge field application.
