摘要
以 2个雄性不育系和 6个恢复系杂交所得的 1 2个杂种第 1代为材料 ,进行了对这些不育系及恢复系性状配合力的试验分析。对试验数据进行的方差分析表明 :杂种间在农艺性状及纤维品质方面存在着显著或极显著的差异。在 6个恢复系中 ,61R 9在皮棉产量、果枝数和单株结铃数上表现最好 ,具有高的组合平均数和好的一般配合力 ;3R 38在纤维长度和长度整齐上表现很好 。
In 1996,two male sterile liens were crossed with each of the six restorer lines in upland cotton,12 hybrids F\-1 used as the material.The experiment of analysis for combining ability was carried out in 1997.Data of experiment about main agronomic traits and fiber qualities were recorded and analysized.Analysis of variance shows that there are significant or higly significant differences among hybrids for agronomic characters,such as lint yield,fruiting branches,number of picked bolls,boll weight,lint,percentage,lint index,seed index etc.And fiber qualities such as \{2.5%\} span length,fiber length uniformity ratio and micronaire reading.Among the six restorer lines,61R 9 is the best strain,having a high mean of combinations and good general combining ability(GCA)for lint cotton yield,number of fruiting branches and number of bolls,whereas 3R 38 is the best strain,having a high mean of combinations and the highly passive GCA for fiber length uniformity ratio.\;
