摘要
采用粒荚比不同亲本进行杂交,对F1代及F2代粒荚比的遗传进行了分析。结果表明,F1代粒荚比表现出一定的正向优势;F2代粒荚比表现出一定的正向优势;F2代粒荚比有广泛分离,属于数量性状遗传;F2代广义遗传力各组合平均为51.9%。
Eight crosses were made with parents with different ratios of seeds to pods. Inheritance of the ratio of seeds to pods in F 1 and F 2 was analysed in the paper. The results showed that the ratio of seeds to pods had certain positive heterosis in F 1 and wide segregation in F 2; it belonged to quantitative inheritance and its broad sense heritability in F 2 was 51.9% on average of crosses.
