摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀(Simvastatin)对肾缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)的保护作用。方法建立大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,随机将动物分为Simvastatin组,缺血再灌注(IR)组,锌原卟啉(ZnPP)组,假手术(sham)组。测定各组大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)的含量,并进行肾组织光镜形态学观察和免疫组化分析血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)的表达情况。结果 IR组和ZnPP组BUN、Cr值升高,HO-1的表达少或几乎不表达,肾组织结构紊乱;Simvastatin组除HO-1表达明显增多外,还显著逆转上述改变,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Simvastatin可上调HO-1的表达,减轻大鼠肾脏的IRI。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Simvastatin on kidney with ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI). Methods Rat renal ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established, and all rats were divided into the Simvastatin group, IR group, ZnPP group and sham group randomly. Contents of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Cr) were exam- ined. The expression of HO-1 was detected by immunohistochemical method. While structure of kidney was observed by light microscopy. Results The levels of BUN and Cr in the IR and ZnPP groups were significantly higher; the HO-1 pro- tein level was less expression or hardly expression than those in the Simvastatin group (P 〈 0.05); while structure of renal organization disordered in the IR and ZnPP groups. Conclusion Simvastatin can increase the expression of HO-1, lighten IRI kidney in Wistar rats.
