摘要
目的调查上海市崇明县中心镇社区卫生服务中心抗高血压药物的使用情况,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用横断面调查方法,抽取2012年3月1～15日该社区卫生服务中心门急诊处方5229张,对其中诊断为高血压的1548张处方进行用药分析。结果口服抗高血压药物中,钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂用药频度(DDDs)排序居前4位。1548张使用抗高血压药物的处方中,单用抗高血压药物1137张(73.45%),二药联合处方396张(25.58%),三药联合处方15张(0.97%)。结论该社区卫生服务中心口服抗高血压药物使用基本符合《中国高血压防治指南》要求,联合应用抗高血压治疗方案需进一步优化。
Objective Investigate the use of antihypertensive drugs in community health service centers to provide reference for clinical rational drug. Methods Extract 5229 pieces of emergency prescription from 2012 - 03 - 01 to 2012 - 03 - 15 in the community health service center by using a cross-sectional survey methods, and 1548 pieces of hypertension pre- scriptions were analyzed in respect to drug use. Results The experiments revealed that the oral antihypertensive drugs which DDDs accounted for the top four position are calcium channel blockers, angiotensin receptor blockers, diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. Among 1548 prescription of antihypertensive drugs, the prescription using one kind of antihyper- tensive drugs singly is 1137 （ 73.45% ） ;The two drugs jointly prescription is 396 （ 25.58% ） ;The three-drug combination prescription is 15 （0.969%）. Conclusion The use of oral antihypertensive of the community health service center is in ac- cordance with＂ Chinese Hypertension Prevention Guide＂ （2010 Revision）. The combination antihypertensive treatment pro- grams need to be further optimized.
