高血压患者的药物应用情况分析 被引量：7

Analysis of Drug Application in Hypertensive Patients

摘要 目的探讨高血压患者的药物应用情况。方法包括抗高血压处方张、抗高血压药物的名称、用法及系统分类用药情况,了解包括抗高血压处方张、抗高血压药物的名称、用法及系统分类用药情况。结果门诊处方12568张进行统计有1641张使用了抗高血压药,占统计总处方数13.05%。1641张使用了抗高血压药处方中,单用高血压药物853张,占总张数51.98%;两种抗高血压药物联合应用541张,占总张数32.96%;三种抗高血压药物应用247张,占总张数15.06%。结论随着年龄的增加抗高血压药应用增加。在临床应用抗高血压药物应根据病人的情况、用药的敏感性和药物的反应合理选择药物,对治疗效果不良患者及早小剂量降压药物联合应用。 Objective To investigate the application of hypertensive patients.Methods The antihypertensive prescriptions,including sheets,the name of anti-hypertensive drugs,usage and classification drug use.To know the data including antihypertensive prescriptions numbers,the name of anti-hypertensive drugs,usage and classification drug use.Results Totally 12 568 outpatient prescriptions for statistical use a 1641 anti-hypertensive drugs,accounting for 13.05% of total number of prescriptions.1641 used the prescription of antihypertensive drugs,hypertension drugs alone 853,of the total number of sheets of 51.98%;Two antihypertensive drugs combined 541 of the total number of sheets of 32.96%;Three types of antihypertensive drugs application 247,15.06% of the total number of sheets.Conclusion With increasing age,application of antihypertensive drugs increased.The clinical application of antihypertensive drugs should be based on the patient＇s condition,medication and drug sensitivity of the reaction a reasonable choice of drug,adverse effect on the treatment of patients with early low-dose combination antihypertensive drugs.
