摘要
亚麻是重要的天然纤维作物,是麻纺织业的重要原料。利用分子标记技术进行亚麻耐盐碱性的研究目前尚未见报道,本研究首次以亚麻耐盐碱材料7000ha-1和不耐盐碱材料05-10为材料,对亚麻耐盐碱ISSR分子标记反应条件进行了优化,建立了一个稳定高效的反应体系,为下一步ISSR标记引物的筛选及应用于群体分析奠定基础。
Flax is an important natural fiber crop, and its fiber is also an important raw material for textile industry. So far, there has not been a research report about molecular marker of saline - alkali tol- erance for flax. In this study, a saline - alkali tolerant flax variety which was 7000 ha - 1 and a non - tolerant variety which was 05 - 10 were studied to optimize and establish the reaction system of ISSR ma- leeular marker. A stable and effective reaction system has been established, which would be a foundation for screening the primers of ISSR molecular marker and analyzing groups.
