摘要
创新人才成长环境建设,是一个地区人才吸引、开发和创新的重要源泉。建立了城市创新人才成长环境评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对徐州市及江苏省其它12个主要城市的创新人才成长环境进行了综合评价,运用比较分析法、象限图法对徐州市在江苏省13个主要城市创新人才成长环境中的地位、优势和劣势进行了深入分析。
The construction of the innovative talents＇ growing environment is an important source of regional talent attrac- tion, development and innovation. The paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban innovative talents＇ growing environment, uses the principal component analysis to comprehensively evaluate the innovative talents＇ growing environ- ment in major cities of Jiangsu, especially Xuzhou. Then it deeply analyzes the position, the superiority and the weakness of Xuzhou city innovative talents＇ growing environment by comparative analysis and quadrant chart.
