摘要
知识型员工与传统的员工相比,在价值观念、心理需求、个人素质等方面具有特殊性。在分析科研院所知识型员工特点的基础上,探讨知识型员工个人与组织产生冲突的原因,并提出科研院所如何抑制破坏性冲突和如何激发建设性冲突的若干对策。
Compared with traditional employees, knowledge employees have different traits in values, psychological needs and personal quality. Based on the analysis of personal characteristics of knowledge employees in the scientific re- search institute, the conflict reason between knowledge employees and their organizations are discussed. Finally, the es- say puts forward countermeasures for the scientific research institute to inhibit disruptive conflict and stimulate construc- tive conflict.
